I loved the cleanliness of the hotel. Everything looked spotless and well-maintained. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location was great too, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.
Nothing is perfect.

Spent my xmas at this hotel and had a pretty good time. loved the free breakfast bar and that there was always someone available to make fresh coffee. the rooftop terrace was amazing; great views of the city skyline and perfect for a quick photo op. Lastly, the location was perfect; just a short walk to local shops, cafes, and restaurants.
There were a few things that needed to be addressed. the shower was a disaster;

The location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to some attractions. the lobby was nicely decorated, but that was just about it. the room was not well-maintained as I had issues with hot water and the air conditioning. the bathroom was filthy with semen stains on the couch. Not only was the shower poorly designed, but the curtains in the living room left little privacy. the entry card was also problematic as it kept going off every two days. If you're looking for a relaxing stay, this hotel isn't the one.
The room lacked basic amenities such as plates, cutlery, and detergent.
